User-Login
For web applications, the user login feature is one of the central IT security issues. In addition, the login / registration is also the “first point of contact” and thus conveys the first impression of the company. So it is all the more important to do everything right.
Facilitate the entry into your platform through different login options. Either via set credentials, standalone registration, or single sign-on (SSO) methods such as SAML and oAuth2. The latter allows you to have the login take place via our API using existing accounts, such as the professional email address.
What is especially interesting is that Polario allows you to configure your password requirements precisely. Typical attributes for the passwordcan be defined in the CMS, such as length, type of characters (numbers, lowercase letters, special characters).
For extremely sensitive projects, however, additional user login features can be specified. Among them are “unique passwords” (previous password may not be used when reissuing), expiration times for passwords and the possibility to exclude passwords that can be easily guessed by dictionary attacks.
Thanks to the wide configuration options of the user login, all projects from a public event to an employee app with lots of sensitive data can be covered by Polario.
