What You Should Know Before Use.
What is Polario’s matchmaking feature?
The matchmaking feature recommends relevant people to participants within a Polario project. The suggestions are based on similarities in the existing user profiles.
Is matchmaking included in Polario?
The AI-powered person recommendations are intended to be a premium feature. The specific package status and availability should be confirmed in full before publication.
What information is taken into account when making recommendations?
The entire user profile and the fields configured within it are taken into account. These include, amongst other things, job title, company, keywords and tags.
Where can participants view their recommendations?
“My Recommendations” can be accessed via the user profile. This section can also be included as a separate main menu item for selected platforms and user roles.
Do participants need to provide any additional information?
No. The recommendations are based on existing profile information. No additional matching questions or manual search are required.
Can you save details of people you’re interested in?
Yes. Participants can save profiles and then view them all together in the ‘Saved People’ tab.
