Before the introduction of the SPOBIS Club App, members were faced with a flood of emails and difficult networking. ‘The main reason for introducing the SPOBIS Club app was to offer our B2B members centralised, digital access to all club services, to increase the visibility and networking of the club and to switch the communication channel to our members from email to app,’ explains the team behind the app.
Traditional communication via email was no longer up to date and made it difficult to quickly disseminate information and establish contacts. There was an urgent need to make the exchange more efficient and modern.
