MVB’s introduction of Polario as an employee app marks a significant step towards modern and efficient internal communication. The challenges faced by MVB were particularly in the area of communication and information distribution. To overcome these challenges, the Magdeburger Verkehrsbetriebe decided to Polario, which better networks all employees – from the transport service to administration and maintenance – and improves collaboration.
Before the introduction of the employee app, communication within the company was characterised by a loss of information and inefficient processes. ‘We barely reached the employees,’ says Jonathan Herbing, IT project management and digital transformation at MVB.
