With Polario Update 5.5, the Journey feature receives a significant upgrade: CMS users benefit from new analysis functions, an automated notification system and extended access control. These functions not only make journeys more traceable, but also more precisely controllable.
New journey analysis: progress made visible
The updated Journey module now provides clear insights into the usage and progress of journeys:
- Overview of user activities: Number of assigned, active and completed users at a glance.
- Detailed individual view: Track which stages have already been completed – including timestamps – and which are still open.
This feature creates greater transparency and helps to better evaluate the success of onboarding processes and information flows.
Automated notifications: Always informed at the right time
New in 5.5 is an intelligent notification system: as soon as a new stage within a journey is activated, platform users are automatically notified – via push notification, email and in-app.
- Direct link to the journey overview
- Configurable at journey level in the CMS
This ensures that users are provided with the right information at the right time – without any manual effort.
More refined access control: targeted content management
With Update 5.5, Polario significantly expands access control:
- Access rights at section and element level within a page
- Flexible target group control: content visible to everyone, only registered users or specific user groups
This technical innovation ensures that content is delivered only to authorised users – reliably and securely. Pages no longer need to be duplicated or laboriously adapted to efficiently serve different target groups.
Outlook Polario Update 5.6
With Update 5.6, the calendar on the desktop has been fundamentally redesigned. Instead of a rigid monthly overview, the focus will now be more on relevant calendar entries – for greater readability, higher information density and better user guidance, especially for agenda-based applications. In addition, calendar entries can be given star ratings to enable direct feedback. For the first time, event locations can be stored in appointment agreements – with availability checks and clear user guidance. A revised search results list also ensures faster access to relevant content.
