What is Polario’s gamification feature?
The gamification feature is a points-based reward system for Polario projects. Participants earn points for selected actions and can track their points total and ranking directly within the app.
Is gamification included in Polario?
Gamification is a premium feature and will be added to and set up for your Polario project.
Which actions can be rewarded with points?
Administrators use the CMS to specify which available app actions are taken into account and how many points are awarded for them. The configuration can be tailored to the objectives of the respective project.
Where can participants view their points?
Your personal score and current ranking can be accessed directly via the project menu. New points are also displayed immediately after a scored action.
Is participation in gamification compulsory?
No. Participants give their consent to take part on a one-off basis and can later deactivate this in their account settings.
What are the benefits of gamification at events?
Gamification provides additional incentives to actively explore content and features. This enables organisers to specifically encourage the desired interactions and identify particularly active participants via the leaderboard.
