Journey is a premium feature that delivers content, tasks and communication in a time-controlled and sequential manner. Administrators define stages, times and target groups, thereby automating the structuring of complex processes. Journeys is suitable for recurring processes such as onboarding, training, event preparation or internal information paths.

Journey follows a clear logic. Content, tasks and information are not presented randomly, but are deliberately controlled. This creates a structured process that guides users step by step and provides orientation without overwhelming them.

Play content sequentially

Journey releases content in a predefined sequence based on time points, user actions or data points. Administrators specify in the CMS which stages are delivered when and to whom.

Each journey consists of steps, tasks or milestones that users see as to-dos. Optionally, they can link directly to relevant pages, documents or external resources.
