With the Polario Update 5.4, our platform is being expanded to include the new premium feature Journeys. Journeys enable time-controlled and structured delivery of content to defined user groups, opening up new possibilities for targeted internal communication, such as onboarding new employees.
Delivering content at the right time
Journeys are structured as a kind of checklist and allow CMS administrators to create information and communication sequences that are automatically timed to specific points in time. Individual steps can be communicated as to-do items and optionally supplemented with links to internal or external content.
This ensures that users receive exactly the content that is relevant to them at that particular moment.
Automation for onboarding, events and more
A key use case for journeys is the automated onboarding and offboarding of new employees. Journeys can also be used for training measures or as a structured checklist for preparing for an event visit. This allows recurring processes to be mapped efficiently and consistently.
Current range of functions and outlook
The current range of functions offered by Journeys is based on specific customer requirements and forms a solid basis for further enhancements. The upcoming release 5.5 will include automated notifications for new tasks and Journey Insights, which will enable additional evaluations.
