With version 5.3, Polario offers new features that provide greater transparency, user-friendliness and customisability. Particular focus is placed on linked content, advanced search logic and new white label options.
Linked content in user profiles and directories
From now on, user profiles and directories automatically display all content in which a person is involved, including directory entries and calendar items. This provides clarity at a glance about roles, responsibilities and relationships within the platform. The new display facilitates navigation and promotes networked working without additional effort.
The advantage for you: you can immediately see which organisations, events or people a contact is linked to. This saves time, improves orientation and strengthens collaboration in projects.
Whitelabel
With a new API configuration, you have the option to completely hide the Polario branding in your instance. Specifically, this applies to the logo in the project list and in the main menu. This option is subject to a fee and is activated upon request.
Ideal for you if: Polario is used as an internal platform or standalone community or event app and the brand image should be entirely in line with your company.
Adjustment in global search
The global search now takes into account whether the chat is active in a project. If it is deactivated, profiles from other projects are no longer displayed. This prevents users from encountering irrelevant contacts. This is particularly important for closed or focused project contexts.
This means that your users will only see relevant, contactable persons within their current project.
New API configuration for multilingualism
The new API configuration allows you to specify whether an instance supports multilingualism, including automatic translation of CMS content. This not only improves flexibility for platform operators, but also makes it easier to maintain multilingual content from the outset.
New feature: App labels can now also be displayed in multiple languages for a consistent user experience across all languages.
