plazz AG, a leading provider of digital event solutions headquartered in Germany, is making a strong statement in the international event industry in 2025: the BMW Group and Munich RE are two more well-known DAX companies that have been part of the company’s customer portfolio since the start of the year. Both organisations use Polario, the modular event platform from plazz, for the realization of their digital and hybrid event formats.
These latest customer additions mark an important milestone in the strategic development of plazz AG. ‘The fact that we were able to convince two global heavyweights, BMW and Munich RE, shows that our technology and our understanding of modern event platforms are internationally competitive,’ explains Juergen Mayer, CEO of plazz AG. plazz has already won over clients such as the DAAD, Schaeffler and VW.
Polario: The smart event platform for maximum impact
At the heart of plazz solutions is the Polario event platform, which offers organisers a powerful, flexible and user-friendly solution for digital, hybrid and on-site events. The platform combines numerous modules such as participant management, agenda planning, interaction tools and analytics in a single application and is continuously being developed further.
A particular highlight is the launch of two new features planned for the end of April 2025: an AI-supported matchmaking system and integrated appointment scheduling. Both tools aim to connect event participants with each other in a targeted manner and significantly increase the added value of events.

The Polario event platform is already in active use in over 10 countries – including Switzerland, the Netherlands, Austria, Spain and Poland – and the trend is rising.
