Define central time slots in the CMS
Administrators specify time periods, slot lengths and breaks in the CMS. These are used to generate bookable appointment units for the app.
Request an appointment or receive a suggested appointment
Users can choose from the available slots and request an appointment.
Or they may receive a request themselves – for example, from other users with whom they have been matched via the matchmaking feature.
Accept, decline or postpone
The requested person receives a notification about the proposed appointment. The appointment can be accepted or declined with a single click.
Appointment overview & automatic synchronisation
After confirmation, the appointment will automatically appear in your personal calendar, including the time and contact person.
